Sean Whipps is a San Francisco based creative working at Instagram.

With an interest in exploring the infinite, his work is led by balancing purpose and impact while using a blend of design and invention across every digital medium available.

From 2014 - 2017, Sean led the redesign of the world's second most visited website, YouTube.com which averages five billion videos being watched and over thirty million unique visitors, totaling over a billion hours of watch time every single day. Currently he is leading a brand new, to be announced product at Google.

(Update!) Starting in January 2019, Sean has taken a design leadership role at Instagram.
